As we settle into the age of the hybrid office, companies are recognizing the need to trade traditional communication structures for a new way of working. Even though nearly half of companies had not used a collaboration platform before the pandemic, 78% of ITDMs now say they will continue to use Slack and/or other solutions even when 'normal' work routines resume.
